Splash

Splash (David Bertrand) has been active in Montréal’s electronic scene since the early 1990s. He began behind the decks in 1993 and quickly gained recognition as a hardcore DJ and promoter within the collective Anticipation, known for its unforgettable hard techno events.

Over time, his passion for machines and sonic exploration led him to produce his own tracks, while keeping a strong presence as a DJ. As a member of Coco Poulet, he continues this experimental and abrasive approach alongside his collaborators, while also pursuing other projects such as Mongols à Batteries and Silver Moose.

His musical universe moves between deep techno and the most extreme forms of hardcore, delivering raw energy and intensity rooted in Montréal’s underground.
